Features - Configuration
Global configuration
The global configuration section is used to define the global settings like the site languages (multilingualism), the image folder, the documents folder and so on.
Remote update
If the site is "static" and not "dynamic" (i.e. the site is generated and then uploaded to a web server; every page is not generated on the fly by ICM), the remote update configuration is used to define the upload type (FTP, SSH, ...) and the target host. Note that a site can be both dynamic and static (i.e. a part of the site, the one with high traffic should be static).
Other configuration options
Other configuration options are ICM (the users that can access ICM), mailing list (a list of email addresses to be notified when a page changes), authenticated users list and indexing.
