Of course, and we encourage you to do so. ICM is distributed under the terms of the LGPL license. It means that you cannot rename it and sell it as your own product, but nothing stops you from charging fees to your customers to provide your own ICM hosting, web site integration ans so on.

Does someone provide ICM hosting?
